Every coach at Auxiliary brings a unique skill set and a shared commitment to helping you succeed. With backgrounds in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and more, our team is here to support your goals with expert guidance and real encouragement.

Tyler Phillips

Tyler brings over 10 years of coaching and operational experience. Originally from Whitby, ON, he grew up playing hockey and rugby. His favourite workouts include “DT” and “Chad.”

Adolfo Guevara

Adolfo has a diverse athletic background, having played soccer, football, and baseball at the university level. He found CrossFit in 2011 and is now a weightlifting specialist and long-time member of the Auxiliary community.

Danny May

Originally from Ireland, Danny has been immersed in CrossFit for 10 years with a focus on Olympic lifting. A former rugby player, he enjoys the Snatch and Split Jerk. Outside the gym, he spends time with his two dogs, Buddy and Ally.

Robert Kim

Rob plays a key role behind the scenes as co-owner and operator and occasionally coaches classes. He also manages communication and day-to-day operations.

Roger Kim

A former Junior A hockey player, Roger brings athletic experience and business acumen to his role managing Auxiliary’s finances and development strategy.
