A 30-minute, high-intensity conditioning class designed for all fitness levels. Includes a short warm-up followed by a fast, focused sweat session to start your Sunday strong.

Open Gym

Designed for experienced athletes who want to train independently outside of a class environment. A great option if you're following your own programming or working on personal goals with access to full gym equipment.

Additional Services

Auxiliary Fitness offers a range of additional services to support your goals both inside and outside the gym. These include personal training, competitive training and programming, corporate training, and athletic or sport-specific development. We also provide custom programming, nutrition counselling, registered massage therapy, and host seminars and workshops throughout the year.
